Reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive community of women.
Our Women's Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Group combines ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and expert integration to help you move beyond anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, self-criticism, and emotional overwhelm.
Together, we create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, process difficult emotions, and experience lasting change—not just during medicine sessions, but in everyday life.
Whether you're feeling disconnected from yourself, stuck in old patterns, or longing to feel more present, confident, and alive, this group offers a powerful opportunity for healing alongside other women walking a similar path.
Led by licensed therapists Iryna Aronov, LMFT, and Jessica Cliff, LMFT, the program includes preparation, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions, and structured integration to help you translate meaningful insights into lasting transformation.
Ideal for women seeking support with anxiety, burnout, trauma, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, self-worth, and personal growth.

Comprehensive Preparation
Begin your journey with guided preparation sessions designed to help you clarify your intentions, understand the ketamine experience, and develop the internal and external resources needed to feel safe and supported.
Three Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Sessions
Experience three professionally facilitated KAP sessions in a small group setting. Each medicine session is designed to help you access deeper layers of healing while being supported by two experienced licensed therapists.
Integration Sessions
Healing doesn't end when the medicine wears off. After each KAP session, we'll meet for structured integration to help you process your experience, make meaning of your insights, and translate them into lasting changes in your daily life.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Approach
Throughout the program, we use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you build a compassionate relationship with yourself, understand your protective patterns, heal wounded parts, and cultivate greater Self-leadership.
Somatic & Nervous System Support
Learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system, process difficult emotions, and feel more grounded, connected, and resilient long after the program ends.
Small, Intimate Group
Heal alongside a carefully curated group of women. Many participants find that witnessing and being witnessed by others becomes one of the most transformative aspects of the experience.
Two Licensed KAP Therapists

Yes—when administered in a medical setting and under the care of qualified professionals, ketamine has a well-established safety profile. It has been used safely in medicine for decades as an anesthetic and, at much lower doses, is now widely used to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.
In our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) group, safety is our highest priority. Before participating, each person completes a comprehensive medical evaluation with a licensed medical provider through Journey Clinical to determine whether ketamine is appropriate for them.
Throughout the program, you'll be supported by experienced licensed therapists who guide you through preparation, the medicine sessions, and integration. We also carefully screen participants to ensure the group is a good fit.
Like any medication, ketamine carries potential risks and is not appropriate for everyone. That's why every participant receives an individualized medical assessment before treatment. If ketamine isn't considered safe or appropriate for you, alternative recommendations will be discussed.
Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can engage in deep emotional healing with expert guidance every step of the way.

Every healing journey is unique, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. However, women who have participated in our previous KAP groups commonly reported experiencing:
Greater emotional resilience and the ability to navigate life's challenges with more ease.
Reduced anxiety, overwhelm, and reactivity.
More self-compassion and less self-criticism.
Increased patience with their children, partners, and themselves.
A deeper sense of connection to themselves and others.
Improved communication and healthier boundaries.
Better sleep and a more regulated nervous system.
Greater clarity about what truly matters to them.
More access to joy, presence, and aliveness.
Feeling deeply seen, supported, and understood through the power of the group experience.
Many participants shared that the changes extended far beyond the medicine sessions. They found themselves responding differently in everyday life—less reactive, more grounded, and better able to stay connected to themselves even during difficult moments.
Our intention is not simply to create meaningful experiences during KAP sessions, but to support lasting transformation that continues long after the program ends through preparation, integration, and the healing power of community.
